Grass2pro provides high-quality video coverage of grassroots football matches across West London. Our mission is to celebrate local talent, provide players with highlights for development, and allow families to share match-day memories.

• League Compliance: We operate in accordance with The FA’s Safeguarding children guidelines and local league rules (e.g., Harrow Youth League).

• Right to Opt-Out: We respect the privacy of all players. If a parent, guardian, or club official requests that a specific player not be filmed, or that a video be removed, we will honour that request immediately.

• Notification: We aim to notify opposition teams/coaches prior to kick-off that the match is being recorded for the Grass2pro platform.

• Hosting: All footage is hosted securely on our official YouTube channel and embedded on our website.

• No Sensitive Areas: Filming is strictly limited to the field of play. No footage is ever recorded in changing rooms, medical areas, or private spaces.

• Commercial Use: Footage is used for highlights and reporting; we do not sell raw player data to third-party marketing companies.
